I can't submit to the "Dogs" folder.
What seems to be the problem? Does something come up telling you there's an issue with the folder?
No. The folder is not open to submit to.
Figured out the issue. For some reason, a bunch of folders had been switched off to members and contributors. Have no idea how or why, I never mess around with the settings 
My guess is a glitch turned off the less active folders or something. It should be fixed now
